Production of Pieces
Sustainability and upcycling is what we at #DAMUR stand for and we live in a world full of already existing clothes, most of them being “waste”. For us, it is important to minimize our impact on the earth which is why we exclusively use deadstock fabric for our collections and try to reduce the carbon emission of our products. But all this is not of value if our sustainable clothes are not being worn. Therefore, we only produce each piece in small quantities to ensure that no excess production is created that goes to waste. Maintaining a very low stock of each size can result in having to produce new units as orders come in. We are working hard to deliver our pieces as fast as possible but due to our low stock, on some occasions, it may take up to a month for pieces to be ready for shipping.
Shipping Info
Orders Inside Germany:
The expected delivery of your order will vary between 1 – 3 business days after leaving our warehouse. Once your package arrives at your closest DHL pick-up point, you will receive an e-mail and a text message from DHL. Alternatively, if you live in Berlin, you can choose Labels 30 Minute Delivery as your delivery option. This means that your package will be delivered directly to you and you won’t have to pick it up from a post office. Additionally, this delivery service is performed using bikes, resulting in a carbon-neutral delivery.
Orders above 50 euros will come with Free Shipping Inside Germany.
Orders Inside the European Union:
The expected delivery of your order will vary between 5 – 7 business days after leaving our warehouse. Once your package arrives at your closest DHL pick-up point, you will receive an e-mail and a text message from DHL.
Orders above 80 euros will come with Free Shipping Inside the EU.
Orders For the Rest of The World:
The expected delivery of your order will vary between 7 – 14 business days after leaving our warehouse. Once your package arrives at your closest DHL pick-up point, you will receive an e-mail and a text message from DHL.
Return Policy
We absolutely love every single one of the items we have created and we hope you feel the same! If for any reason you don’t, don’t worry! We have a full 14-day return policy counted from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return or exchange your order or parts of it, please read this page and fill in the form at the Contact Us section.
Please note: the products must be unworn, clean and undamaged. We will have to deny the return of your product in case the product is dirty, has been worn or has been otherwise damaged. We will send products that don’t fill our requirements back to you.
Please note: We unfortunately do not offer direct exchanges, but will gladly help you in placing a new order for the new size/style. Shipping Costs for returns will not be supported by us, but we can help you getting the lowest possible cost in Shipment.
