No, an email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you create an account so that you can subscribe to our newsletter and easily place an order.

PRE-Orders
We offer pre-orders for our newest collection. If you place a pre-order you will get a better price on the collection than ordering it once we have it in stock. Keep in mind it will take up to 3-4 months for the pieces to be ready for shipping.
Can I place pre-orders?

For all products, you can find the height of our models and the size they are wearing in the description to make sure you find the right size.
How do I know what sizing fits me?
Free SHIPPING
Orders above 50€ will come with free shipping inside Germany.
Orders above 80€ will come with free shipping inside Europe (EU).
Orders above 150€ will come with free shipping inside Europe (non-EU).
Orders above 200€ will come with free shipping inside the US.

Orders Inside Germany:
The expected delivery of your order will vary between 1 – 3 business days after leaving our warehouse. Once your package arrives at your closest DHL pick-up point, you will receive an e-mail and a text message from DHL.
Orders Inside the European Union:
The expected delivery of your order will vary between 5 – 7 business days after leaving our warehouse. Once your package arrives at your closest DHL pick-up point, you will receive an e-mail and a text message from DHL.
Orders For the Rest of The World:
The expected delivery of your order will vary between 7 – 14 business days after leaving our warehouse. Once your package arrives at your closest DHL pick-up point, you will receive an e-mail and a text message from DHL.
