Refund Policy

Return policy

All the products purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you). Please send the product directly to DAMUR GmbH office Reichenbergerstr. 147,10999 Berlin, Germany.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label and packaging. Getting a refund of any product requires a proof of purchase. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed. If the products have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.

The following products are not eligible for returns:

Any personalised products, such as the customized t-shirt, are exempt from returning.

Any sale items are exempt from returning.


Refund policy

You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 days, depending on your bank. Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement, after you have received your return confirmation e-mail. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please go through the following steps in case you haven’t received your refund.

1.        Make sure you have double checked the correct bank account which you used when placing the order.

2.       Contact your credit card company to see if your account has any unposted funds.

3.       Contact your bank to see if your account has any unposted funds.

Exchanges

We currently do not have an exchange service. You can return any product that you are not fully satisfied with. As soon as your returned parcel reaches us, an e-mail notification will be triggered and your refund will be issued. If you would like another product, colour or size, please place a new order.

 

Gifts

Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.



Shipping

To return your product, send it in the fore mentioned condition to DAMUR GmbH, Reichenbergerstr. 147, 10999 Berlin, Germany. We are not responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning a product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Time of shipping varies according to the address where the product has been ordered. If you’re shipping an expensive product, you might want to use trackable shipping services or purchase a shipping insurance. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.
